                    設(shè)備鑒定是保障核電廠設(shè)備在各類工況及相關(guān)環(huán)境下正常運(yùn)行的必要技術(shù)手段，型式試驗(yàn)是設(shè)備鑒定的重要驗(yàn)證方法之一[1]。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)鑒定試驗(yàn)測試的規(guī)范性、準(zhǔn)確性，并提高測試效率，需要開發(fā)出具有通用性的自動(dòng)測試裝置，其首要工作是對(duì)測試裝置的需求進(jìn)行研究。本文綜合研究被測對(duì)象和試驗(yàn)要求兩方面的特點(diǎn)，包括被測對(duì)象的接口要素及功能邏輯；鑒定試驗(yàn)對(duì)測試裝置的需求，即自動(dòng)化、時(shí)效性、應(yīng)力適應(yīng)性和環(huán)境影響性；然后將上述兩方面綜合考慮，形成總體需求。

    Abstract: The equipment qualification for safety equipment of digital instrumentation and control system is important to nuclear power plants.Type test is one of important part in equipment qualification. Developing automatic test instrumentation is necessary for realizing standardization,accuracy and efficiency test. This paper comprehensively analyzes the essentials requirements of test instrumentation by combining the characteristics of equipment qualification testing and the equipment under test. The characteristics of equipment can be generalized as the characteristics of interface and logical function, the characteristics of type test can be generalized as Automation, Real-time, Susceptibility and Emissivity.
